Role & responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze business trends, processes, and data.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Support the development of process flow diagrams, reports, and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend business improvements.
• Assist in data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Support project management tasks, including tracking project progress and updating documentation.
• Help test new systems, features, or business solutions and document findings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Recently completed a degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
