Job Location:- Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra,


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

3. Conduct market analysis and monitor competition to identify trends and opportunities.

Branch Management:

1. Oversee the operations of multiple branches within the assigned territory.

2. Ensure branches adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

3. Monitor and improve branch performance to achieve business goals.

Team Management:

1. Recruit, train, and manage branch staff.

2. Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.

3. Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.

Customer Service:

1. Ensure high standards of customer service across all branches.

2. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3. Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

1. Ensure all branches comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

3. Implement corrective actions for any compliance or operational issues identified.

Reporting and Analysis:

1. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and branch operations.

2. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of gold loan products and the financial market.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
