Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial lending products such as personal loans, lap loans, and commercial finance solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing and servicing.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services to increase revenue growth.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
