B2B Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities by engaging in lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calls and email campaigns, to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to develop and execute strategies for client coordination and acquisition.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
• A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Background in customer service, with industry knowledge considered a plus.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction and sales metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Technical knowledge in cosmetics and business management is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in achieving sales targets.
