• 12+ years of experience in Software Architecture and Design of large enterprise applications.
  • Hands on solution dedicated to driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions that empower our clients in their digital transformation journeys. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop architectural designs and technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Create and implement applications using low-code development platforms to accelerate delivery and enhance user experience.
  • Mentor and support teams in low-code methodologies and best practices. Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to develop custom solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure governance and compliance measures are adhered to within Power Platform implementations.
  • Strong design and implementation experience on any of the RPA tools like UI Path is must. Power Platform, Power App, Open span, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion are good to have.
  • Experience of leading software design, To be process, strong understanding of Technology ecosystem including Infrastructure etc.
  • Strong experience in Agile and scrum methodology. Strong experience of Stakeholder Management,
  • Strong risk and issues identification and management skills.
  • Experience of team / People Management with globally distributed teams.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within Technology Services and with the Business.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a practical awareness of commercial and contractual issues, must have initiated and created total project plans and/or have experience of setting and meeting Service Level Agreements
  • Strong in Solution thinking, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to adapt to new technologies and learn new products faster.
  • UI Path RPA certifications desirable.
