Role: Automation Anywhere Developer

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Working Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate OCR technology to enhance data extraction and processing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases to support automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere development.
• Proficiency in OCR tools and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Excel macros and VBA.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
