Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Telugu languages .
  
• Proficiency in domestic telecalling processes and procedures.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
