Job Description -

To carry out transactions such as PO creation/Open Order updation in SAP/Rejection Material Approval process in SAP.Also, to talk to suppliers for their responses/interactions with counterparts at Client's end for any escalations for ensuring a smooth opertions

PR to PO Conversion / OOR Management / MRB/JBD/ E-Req

To efficiently handle purchasing related activities such asOrder management/MOQ,Lead Time mgmt./Expediting of parts etc. as per the client metrics using purchasing dynamics. Also to develop good supplier relationship and to manage excellent oral and writ

Managing the day-to-day activities and to solve or escalate the key issue which will affect the performance of operations

Reports to : TL / Manager

2+ yrs in Indirect Procurement in a back office environment. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Any Graduation

Good experience and knowledge on Purchasing

Knowledge using SAP MM

Good knowledge in MS-Office

Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction

Good Analytical Skills

To be willing to work in Night shifts.
