Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Customer orientation and demos on SolarWinds as a product.
2. Extensive experience with All SolarWinds modules such as SAM, NAM, NPM, NTA, Etc. Knowing the competing and adjacent technologies is an added advantage.
3. Customizing and meeting BAU Operations teams requirements.
4. Integration scenario knowledge with Event Management, Reporting, Analytics platforms.
5. Proficiency in Troubleshooting during production outages.
6. Hands-On knowledge with Operating Systems, Databases, Network concepts , SNMP monitoring etc.
7. Hands-On Knowledge of virtualization and Cloud technologies including vCenter, ESXi, VMWare, AWS, Azure
