Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Procurement & Order Management to oversee supply chain operations, purchase order creation, and indirect procurement activities. The role requires expertise in SAP, Ariba, RFQ processing, discrepancy management, and buyer operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team, handle PR to PO processes, and ensure seamless procurement operations while collaborating with US & UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a procurement/order management team.
• Oversee purchase order (PO) and purchase requisition (PR) creation and processing.
• Handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) and supplier negotiations.
• Manage indirect procurement and supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely resolution of past-due orders and discrepancy management.
• Utilize SAP & Ariba for procurement and order management (OM).
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and stakeholders for process improvements.
• Drive process optimization and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Communicate effectively with US & UK clients regarding procurement operations.
