Job Description:

Position: US HR Specialist

Experience Required: 6 to 8 years

Location: Madhapur (Hyderabad)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. I-9 Documentation:

Handle I-9 employment eligibility verification and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Maintain accurate and updated I-9 records.

2. Contracts Management:

Manage and review Master Service Agreements (MSA) for C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and W2 engagements.

Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and industry standards.

3. Employee Documentation:

Maintain and manage employee records, including employment contracts, onboarding, and termination documents.

Update and manage personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

4. Compliance Management:

Ensure adherence to US employment laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies.

Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation and processes to ensure compliance.

5. Employee Support:

Serve as the point of contact for US-based employees regarding HR documentation and queries.

Assist with onboarding and off boarding processes.

6. Collaboration:

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for MSA and other contractual agreements.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in handling I-9 documentation and compliance.

Strong knowledge of US employment regulations, including W2 and C2C employment types.

Expertise in managing MSAs and other legal agreements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and documentation management tools.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in US staffing or IT services industries.

Familiarity with payroll systems and tax regulations related to US employment.
