Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of HawksCode solutions
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio
- Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations
- Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to the product team
- Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices
- Create and deliver product training sessions for clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on retention and expansion initiatives
- Track and report on key customer success metrics
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly with B2B software products
- Knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies
- Understanding of technical concepts related to software implementation
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certifications in customer success or project management
