Job Description
- Create compelling content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral
- Develop technical content such as white papers, case studies, and product descriptions
- Write clear and concise copy for user interfaces and product documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible language
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor content to inform content strategy
- Edit and proofread content created by other team members
- Optimize content for SEO and readability
- Manage content calendar and meet deadlines for multiple projects
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the tech industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and style
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging language
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML
- Strong research and interviewing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Experience writing for B2B technology companies
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Experience with multimedia content creation (video scripts, podcasts, infographics)
- Understanding of UX writing principles
