Senior Executive Account Payable

Role & responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare monthly closing activities, including trial balance reconciliations and vendor payments.
• Verify invoices for accuracy before making payments, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Perform debit note management tasks, such as issuing debit notes when necessary.
• Generate month end reports to track financial performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role.
• B.Com / M.Com/ CA Inter.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP principles.
