JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT: Media Planning - Digital
PRIMARY LOCATION: Gurugram / Bangalore / Mumbai
REPORTING : Director
JOB SUMMARY :
This role includes demonstrating confidence and understanding of working with high profile brands and have a track record of developing innovative work. You will work in a tight knit team and build strong links with the internal team as well as the clients.
REPORTING: Head , Digital
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the Director , Digital in resource management by managing tasks
- Completion of t actical p lans, p erformance r eports, and p ost- c ampaign Analysis as directed across all digital inventory (from search to video) for the campaigns within their scope
- Responsible for expressing the rationale behind media investment decisions and evidencing the performance vs. expected outcomes
- P roposing new and innovative solutions to briefs
- Multi-brand, Multi-product handling ; d emonstrate 360 degree thinking beyond digital
- Brand building and client servicing
- Responsible for the quality of reporting and insights within assigned campaigns
- Host client 1-1 meetings and sync-ups
- Deliver quarterly, semi-annual, or annual updates on work quality
- Identify new vendors/partners while maintaining a POV on them
- Drives how syndicated and first party data is used within the campaign lifecycle
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS :
- 7- 9 years of relevant work experience
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising / Marketing / Communication
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially a deep knowledge of digital media
- Experience using technology to connect with key target audience segment
- Pr oficiency in digital media planning and trafficking softwares , including DoubleClick/DART (or equivalent), Similarweb and ComScore

- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
- Eye for detail and speed of delivery
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Resourceful problem solver
- Team player, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
