Chief Financial Officer

Role & responsibilities

a) You will ensure that the Regulatory and JV standards, Policies and processes are compliant with industrys best financial practices.

b) You will support in ensuring that the JV requirements are achieved with effective and efficient use of financial resources.

c) You will be responsible for annual budget process and review and update process with actuals.

d) You will ensure proper communication at all levels.

e) You will conduct yourself as a responsible member of the senior management team of the JVC and carryout the functions in a transparent and ethical manner.

f) Assist in finalization of contracts with key clients- Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Civil users of Bell 412 and Dauphin.

g) You will provide leadership to ensure effective finance operations.

h) You will ensure reporting of quarterly progress to Board and monthly to the JV partners.

i) You will effectively liaise with the Bank and shareholders for equity as per prevailing situation and taking into account the financing schedules.

j) You will verify and release milestone payments to the respective suppliers when milestones are achieved and signed off.

k) You will ensure proper release of documents reports and letters.

l) You will be accountable for accuracy and completeness of all assigned tasks.

m) You will comply with all the statutory requirements of the company.

n) You will follow the standard accounting practices.

o) You should support in setting up the proper purchase procedures and policies.

p) You should deal with the external auditors effectively for annual accounts.

q) You should handle procurement activities as per laid down policies.

r) You will file and have the assessment done for Annual income tax.

s) You will be accountable to the clauses stipulated in the Delegation of Powers and Principles of Governance for HATSOFF approved by HATSOFF Board as applicable.
