Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Financial planning: Developing strategies to grow the business and pay off liabilities
• Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and business activity reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports.
• Investment management: Selecting and monitoring investments
• Budgeting: Preparing budgets, balance sheets, managing the cash flow and GST filling.
• Financial analysis: Analysing financial data and market trends Preparing timely bank payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Review negotiated contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Risk management: Managing monetary risks and developing financial management mechanisms
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to achieve monetary goals
• Compliance: Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws .
• Staff management: Supervising lower-level finance professionals
• External relationships: Developing relationships with auditors, bankers, solicitors, and other statutory organizations.

• Must be highly motivated and have the ability to function independently and multi-task.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
