Job Description
- The nature of your duties will be managerial and it will also include work / duties assigned to you from time to time.
- Bank reserves its rights to change these at its sole discretion to meet the exigencies of work and overall banks objectives. The functional responsibilities would comprise of following : -
- Oversee daily payment / quarterly TDS Return for Corporate Office.
- Check Corporate Office and Branch Trial Balance on Quarterly Basis and Corrections as needed.
- Daily Position MIS and MIS TO Chairman
- Monthly Board Data
- Passing MOC entries
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules.
- Prepare Cash Flow Statement and Notes to Accounts.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor.
- Reply to Queries raised by Auditors / RBI / RCS/ Any other Statutory Authority.
- Prepare / Check Details for Tax Audit as per Various clauses of Tax Audit Report.
- Computation of Total Income and Tax thereon.
- Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account as per ITR Format.
- Prepare / check Data required for Tax Assessment Proceedings.
- Reply to the Notices by the Income Tax Department.
- TDS Reversal approval / rejection mails.
- Checking and Filing of Quarterly TDS Return Data for branches through Centralized TAN.
- GST : Return filing / ITC Reconciliation.
- Notice Compliance / Invoice Compliance.
