01.) To strategize, plan and execute new business opportunities that align with the banks strategic objectives and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve targeted revenue / profit targets.

02.) Manage profitability – productivity, yield and acquisition cost within budgeted levels.

03.) Analyzing business & competition data and identify trends and spotting growth opportunities.

04.) Conceptualize, strategize and oversee execution of product focused campaigns – for CASA / FDs / Gold Loans, Business and Home Loans, Vehicle, Mortgage, Third Party products and Large value loans to build up quality credit portfolio for sustainable profitability (retail & SME).

05.) Collaborating with Retail Branches and ensure building a healthy business pipeline at Branch Level.

06.) Ensuring proficiency in delivery of high quality customer experience, improving customer satisfaction engagement levels and maintaining customer centric work culture at the retail branches.

07.) Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business development professionals, including setting goals, providing continuous feedback and developing their skills and capabilities.
