Job Description
- Assist to develop strategic and business plans and raod maps for growth.
- Work with leadership team, evaluate and conduct complex financial and risk analysis of business opportunities.
- Providing effective quantitative and qualitative analytics, forecasting, MIS reporting to senior management for better strategic decision making.
- Developing models that help in improved decision making by producing monthly reports which includes key metrics, financial dashboards, variance reporting etc.
- To be active and instrumental in translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
- Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
- Spearheading the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting process.
- Identifying opportunities and performance improvement across the organization.
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new banking regulations and policies.
- Knowledge of softwares required for generation of data required by Management.
- Experience : - 4 Plus Yrs
- Candidate must have good knowledge in Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting ,AI, Pulling out data as and when required.
