Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• To set the business objectives & roadmap for the business unit along with the Board of Directors.
• Head and manage overall sales strategy & policy, formulate business plans for overall business management, and assess and manage business risks.
• Responsible for financial performance i.e. budgeted sales using both short-term and long-term action plans including achievement of Sales Revenues, Growth, Contribution Margins, and Collections.
• To manage & understand business needs and explore new opportunities, and market segments and increase brand acceptability and market penetration.
• Manage functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Technical Service, and R&D departments through recruitment, training & development to inculcate a performance-oriented culture within the Business unit.
• Production Management
• P & L management

Preferred Candidate profile

BE/BTech Civil/mechanical with more than 18years of experience in Sales of Building material/Construction chemicals/Infrastructure/Waterproofing/related segments.
