Job Title: Plant Head (Plastic Injection Moulding in Automotive Sector)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Candidate should be a seasoned professional having knowledge & experience in Plant and Factory Operations of Injection Moulding Manufacturing Unit in Automotive / Auto component Industries. Operations Management and Good OEM Customer Networking.

Key Responsibilities:

The main role and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

a) Plant & Factory Operations Management.

b) Planning and implementing changes to technology, machinery, equipment and infrastructure.

c) Optimizing Resources and Capacity Utilisation.

d) Streamlining processes to enhance productivity and quality products.

e) Program deliverables with Risk Analysis, Severity Identification and Mitigation Plans

f) Determine strategic direction on cost saving and improvements for existing and new products.

g) Motivate culture for low cost high value innovations.

h) Preparing and forecasting and managing yearly budgets for the function.

i) Decision-making for strategic business growth.

j) Any other job as assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience- Engineering Graduate with 20 ~ 30 Years

• B.Tech / B.E. (Mech.) or Diploma/PG Diploma (PPT)
• Proven expericnce (20~30 Yrs.) in Plastic Injection Moulding Parts Manufacturing (Automotive Sector)
• Strong understanding of P&L, Operation Cost % with respect to Sales.
