AGM-Accounts & Finance

Will lead the Finance and Accounts team. Maintenance and finalising Accounts, Budgeting working capital management, profit monitorig, auditing, taxation MIS, budgetary controls.

Financial planning and analysisinternal , regulatory reporting, forecasting leading to long term implementation in cost saving and profitability.

Manage all aspects of Accounts and provide insight into financial planning and decision making process.Thorogh analysis of fund flow management and effective utilisation of fund.

Bring in financial controls in operation.

Needbased and periodic reporting to stake holders for decision making process. Experience is financial audits.

Finalisation of books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly MIS (trial balance,P&L,cash flow, etc)

Bank reconcilation

Reconciliation of receivable, paybles .

MIS related to sales, debtors, aging creditors, cash flow. Good knopwledge in fund flow management for different projects.

Well versed with all the relevant tax provisions like Income Tax, GST, professional tax, TDS, PF,- etc.

Statutory compliance and payment of employees salary.

Preparartion of periodic returns under different applicable acts.

Online payment of various Government direct and indirect taxes and duties like GST,I.T. TDS, etc.

Chartered accountantat or Inter CA with relavant experience . Be able to lead a team.
