Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Greater Noida

Reporting To: MD/CMD

Budget: As per experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 16* years of relevant experience, in manufacturing industries.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

• Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP/ERP implementation and modification.
• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Expertise in Advanced Excel and problem-solving processes.
• Analyze routine expenses using cost center concepts.
• Prepare and review Monthly MIS, including RM-COM variances, input/output norms, ITR, and related financial metrics.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor and control debtors, OD interest, loss of interest, and consumable/packaging goods consumption.
• Prepare and manage monthly cash flow projections versus audits.

Taxation & Compliance

• Comprehensive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure 100% compliance with regulations related to:
• Company Laws, Pollution Control, Labor Laws, POSH, CSR activities
• Maintain and track fixed assets records and descriptions.

Banking & Financing

• Lead CMA data preparation, loan renewals, cost optimizations, and credit enhancements.
• Liaison with bank rating agencies and manage banking relationships effectively.
• Strategize and execute project evaluations, including ROI analysis and budgeting.
• Formulate and implement policies for CAPEX and OPEX planning.

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives

• Develop and mentor the accounting team for future growth opportunities.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations with a focus on cost control and financial decision-making.
• Ensure readiness for IPO processes, including:
• Preparing for SEBI guidelines
• Strategic guidance to bring the company to IPO stage

Audits & Reporting

• Oversee statutory, cost, and internal audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance for import/export audits and related processes.
