Oracle APEX Developer - Data Integration (5-8 yrs)

Role : Oracle APEX Developer

Job Description :

An Oracle APEX developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). Experience of Apex 20, 21, 22 and 23 version having extensively worked on automation, Apex task, workflow etc. Hands-on experience on aesthetic design of the application.

Here are the key responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Create and enhance APEX applications using the latest APEX versions.

- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

- Develop interactive reports, forms, and dashboards.

Database Integration and Security :

- Integrate APEX applications with Oracle databases.

- Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient data retrieval.

- Implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize application performance by fine-tuning SQL queries, caching, and indexing.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

User Support and Training :

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Conduct training sessions to help users maximize APEX features.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers.

- Document application design, architecture, and code.

Stay Current with APEX Trends :

- Keep up-to-date with the latest APEX features, enhancements, and best practices.

- Participate in APEX community forums and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proficiency in Oracle APEX development.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with RESTful web services.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
