We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our backend operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order process, ensuring efficient processing and execution by coordinating with various departments. This role demands a high level of proficiency in software tools and advanced Excel, alongside strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

*Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

- Coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, warehousing, and logistics departments to streamline operations and reduce order execution times.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills and other software tools to analyze operational data, forecast needs, and address process bottlenecks.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, supervising their work to ensure that operational objectives are met.
