Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist customers in product selection and offer full support throughout their purchase journey via chat, call, and email.
• Conduct video calls to showcase articles, highlighting design, features, and benefits.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in UK/US sales or customer support (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to conduct engaging video presentations with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with luxury or decor brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and communication platforms.
