Interior Luxury Project Sales Manager

We Harold Electricals looking for experienced Interior Project sales profile, typically candidate need to involve in Selling our Luxury Architecture Lights or luxury Interior decor lighting to create or renovate indoor spaces of corporates business.

Roles & Responsibilities are below -

1. Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, such as corporates businesses, hotels & tapping malls or developers. This can be done through own references marketing, referrals, and attending industry events.

2. Client Consultation: Meeting with the client to understand their needs, style preferences, budget, and project scope. This is crucial for building a tailored proposal.

3. Proposal & Design Presentation: Creating a detailed proposal with design concepts, timeline, and costs.

4. Pricing & Budgeting: Providing a transparent services. Flexibility in pricing and being able to offer options at different price points can help close deals.

5. Negotiation & Contracting: After finalizing the proposal, negotiating terms, timelines, and costs is essential. A formal contract should outline all deliverables and expectations.

6.Project Management: Once the sale is made, managing the project execution, coordinating with contractors, tracking progress, and keeping the client informed are crucial to ensuring satisfaction.

7. Post-Sales Support: Following up after project completion to address any concerns and ensure client satisfaction can lead to repeat business or referrals.
