About the Role

Senior application Sales and application engineer for Large PA. Based out in Mumbai.

What You Will Do:

Acquisition and Prospecting of Harman VTX series:

• Tap into sales potential through Rentals in the specified region for product groups assigned from time to time

• Develop new customer acquisition/ sales strategy

• Approach and acquire new Rental Sound Engineers networking for getting products in Tech Riders

Active Selling:

• Act as focal point of contact to Rentals

• Mapping the customers and sound engineers

• Proactively sell products and solutions to Rentals

• Conduct detailed meeting preparations, including usage of tools (e.g. need and solution assessment)

• Present product USPs and benefits to Rental

• Plans sales in line with (company) strategy

• Identify Conduct negotiations with rentals

Strategy Formulation and Planning

• Assist Business Head in strategy formulation and planning, based on the customer potential and region-specific market dynamics.

Strategic Account Development:

• Cultivate and develop Rentals for long term association

• Plan Trainings Demo at customer sound Engineer location

• Analyze needs and outline business potential for Rentals plan training promo activities

• Develop strong relationships between Rentals Sound Engineers

• Analyze market/competitors in the Pro Audio Business Unit and suggest counter strategies

Order Management Customer Service

Administration: Document visitation activities, leads, opportunities, and projects

What You Need:

• Strong passion for Professional Audio.

• Good FOH Rental network.

• Bachelor s degree in business management, marketing or a similar field

• Experience with common customer relation software tools is a big plus for a prospective area sales manager

• Willingness to travel on the job when the situation demands it

What is Nice to Have

• Must be a graduate in engineering.

• An MBA degree would be a plus.
