Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning: Assist in creating, reviewing, and modifying design and construction plans for new projects under the supervision of senior engineers.
Site Supervision: Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress, verify that work is being done according to design specifications, and ensure safety standards are adhered to.
Material Selection & Testing: Assist in selecting appropriate materials for construction, and conduct tests on construction materials to ensure quality.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, design changes, and material usage.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Troubleshooting: Identify and assist in solving problems related to construction, including technical, design, and on-site issues.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (mandatory).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of Construction Processes: Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to all aspects of the project, ensuring quality and accuracy in work.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.
