Position: Civil Site Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team for the construction and maintenance of a Bio Gas Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the civil work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing site activities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities at the construction site.
• Ensure the civil construction work for the Bio Gas Plant is carried out as per the design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress on site and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure all necessary materials are available on-site and that the construction work is being carried out within budget and timelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the status of the site activities.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and material approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, Advantage in Bio Gas Plant or Renewable Energy projects.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and industry standards.
• AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and other construction software tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise construction activities on-site effectively.
• Good knowledge of safety protocols and environmental considerations.
• Willingness to work in Nagpur, Vijayawada, and relocate if necessary. Role & responsibilities
