Position: Manager Design
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Construction/Religious Infrastructure Development

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Construction supervision at site, with demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering design components for large-scale projects.

Job Description / Duties

• Manage and coordinate the full design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and Employer’s expectations.
• Manage consultants to ensure accurate drawings. Inter coordination between consultants.
• Act as the main point of contact for HKMI and other stakeholders
• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Conduct technical and design reviews to drive constructability and value engineering.
• Develop and implement effective technical delivery processes to improve design production.
• Address design-related issues that arise during the construction process.
• Address any issues related to material shortages or delays proactively
• Maintaining trackers and conducting design review meetings.

Qualification & Experience

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is usually required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Residential / commercial construction projects.

Specific Skills Required

• Strong project management skills to handle tight schedules and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, engineers, and architects
• Proficiency in design software such as Auto Cad and Revit.

Salary

• As per market standard.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
