Role: Senior Test Engineer/Test Lead

Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or computer science or Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)

Experience : 4-8 years’ experience.

Skills Required

• Plan, design, execute and report software tests. Supervise a team of software testers.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Software testing
• Preferably Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language (C++/QT)
• Knowledge of at least one database management system
• Knowledge on automation testing in windows application and medical domain knowledge will be added as advantage.
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Waterfall / Agile development technologies.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Tasks & Activities

• Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
• Prepare / review test plans.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Execute tests (manual / automated).
• Report defects and assist in their understanding.
• Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
• Prepare and present test reports.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior software engineers.
• Training staff / Onsite clients on software use.
• Incorporate new technologies into the products.
• Create technical and regulatory documents for the project.
