Hardware Architect (Medical Devices)

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team focused on the development of cutting-edge medical devices, particularly in the fields of Cardiology and Pulmonology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing bio sensors, hardware components, and firmware development. Experience in designing ECG devices is highly desirable.

Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of bio sensors and hardware components for medical devices targeting cardiology and pulmonology applications.
• Strong Knowledge of signal processing techniques related to bio signals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and specifications for new products.
• Oversee firmware development, ensuring integration with hardware components while maintaining compliance with medical device regulations and standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping to validate design concepts and functionalities.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices ( FDA, ISO).
• Experience in wireless communication protocols and power management for medical devices (BLE etc.)
• Familiarity with clinical trials and post-market surveillance processes

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in medical device development, with a focus on bio sensors, hardware design, and firmware development.

Proven experience in designing and developing ECG devices is a strong plus.
