Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 12+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Java and open-source technologies, combined with proven project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects with a focus on technology delivery, team coordination, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leverage 8-10 years of hands-on experience in developing applications and services using Java technologies.
• Exhibit at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, driving project success.
• Manage all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage JIRA boards effectively for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and establish robust testing practices to ensure high code quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.

Required Skills:

• Deep technical expertise in Java and open-source technologies.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
