Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with over 7 years of experience in

Java development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and AWS. The candidate should

possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead and mentor a development

team. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Indore, and we are looking for

immediate joiners who can contribute effectively from day one.Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications

using Java and Spring Boot.

• Write efficient and reusable code, following best practices in coding standards and

software design patterns.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support application

functionality.

• Integrate third-party APIs and libraries as required for specific business functionalities.

2. AWS Cloud Integration:

• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3,

Lambda, RDS, and others.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance for cloud-hosted applications.
• Optimize cloud resources to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining performance and

security.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services or tools like Jenkins, Docker, and

Kubernetes.

3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead a team of developers, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring timely

delivery of projects.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, helping them improve their technical

skills and productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and QA

engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Act as a point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring

effective communication and project alignment.

4. System Design and Architecture:

• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical design of the application, ensuring

scalability and maintainability.

• Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and effort estimations for proposed

solutions.

• Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the system design or implementation.5.

• Debugging and Performance Optimization:
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in the application.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, efficiency, and security.
• Perform load testing and optimize the system to handle high traffic and large datasets.

6. Security and Compliance:

• Implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access, following

industry best practices.

• Ensure applications comply with relevant regulations and organizational security policies.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Java, Spring Boot, and

AWS.

• Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes to

enhance efficiency and performance.

• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with 7+ years of hands-on development

experience.

• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM

frameworks such as Hibernate.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and tools like Jenkins or similar for

CI/CD.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team

members and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex development challenges.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like

Kubernetes.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Masters Degree or relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or AWS will be a plus.
