Travel Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell travel packages.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored travel solutions.
• Explain itinerary details, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and meet sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal team to customize travel packages based on client needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or the travel industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages (preferred).
• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
