Hello Everyone,


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition. This position will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and ensuring a strong presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
    • Conduct research and analyze trends to improve digital marketing performance.
  2. SEO & SEM:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website ranking.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  3. Content Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop and manage content strategies, including blogs, email marketing, website content, and social media.
    • Oversee content creation and curation for social media platforms.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular updates and engagement.
    • Create social media marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the audience.
    • Use marketing automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) for segmentation and personalization.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to monitor performance and generate insights.
    • Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations.
  7. PPC Management:
    • Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, ensuring high ROI and conversions.
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates.
    • Test landing pages, call-to-actions (CTAs), and other elements to increase lead generation.
  9. Collaboration:
    • Work with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, if necessary, for executing larger campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certification.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
