The role is 100% remote.

Role and Responsibilities :

- We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Next.js and a strong focus on front-end performance optimization.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Next.js and modern front-end technologies.

- Take a leadership role in front-end architecture, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Continuously identify and implement performance enhancements for the front-end.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Desired candidate profile :

- Proven expertise in Next.js and modern front-end development with a focus on performance optimization.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and responsive design principles.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Skills Preferred Qualification :

- Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques for front-end performance.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g , AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

- Exposure to GraphQL and modern API standards.
