Job Description
- The Manager - IT Service Management has the following responsibilities:
- Define, Own and Operate one of more ITIL Service Management Processes: Incident, Problem, Transition, Major Incident, Service Requests Management Processes.
- Manage Service Escalations raised by colleagues and stakeholders.
- Drive IT Service Partners to deliver support service within agrees SLAs.
- Drive Accountability via effective Service Reporting and Governance processes.
- Creation of clear Service Improvement Plans to address issues
- Drive Adoption and adherence of IT Service Management process in a transparent and measurable manner.
- Should act as SME for Finance Ops .
- Will be leading the Finance operations in ERP Service management to drive and deliver day to day operational excellence and will be responsible for Operations globally.
- Will be leading Finance partner teams to deliver and manage incidents, requests , changes and manage period end closures .
- Will be establishing connect globally with Finance stakeholders to review operations and drive service excellence in Finance .
- Will be responsible to work with service transition manager to drive service transition from projects to BAU and manage Opex impact if any .
- Drive automation and bring new age ideas in Finance to improve Operations .
