Job Description
- Develop and optimise Rewards and Benefits workflows and procedures to streamline Rewards and Benefits processes executed by People Services.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to People Services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, Centre of Excellence, People Services, business, Risk and Compliance teams to identify process improvement opportunities, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of cases and transactions within established timeframes, thereby enhancing consumer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Reward & Benefits framework by analyzing current practices and benchmarking against industry standards.
- Establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and Haleon s policies in the execution of these processes.
- Monitor and analyse service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics (KPIs), identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with external vendors and consultants to evaluate and implement best-in-class Reward & Benefits practices.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Reward & Benefits data within HR systems.
Qualifications and skills
Technical
- 8+ years experience of a similar role
- Awareness of employment laws and regulations related to rewards and benefits.
- Proficiency in reward administration and systems.
- Analytical and able to interpret metrics and generate insights from data.
- Good understanding of global compensation structures, employee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, with a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
