Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Has to work in shift as console engineer.

2. Monitoring and controlling process parameters with in SOC.

3. Responsible for safe hand over of equipment for maintenance.

4. Highlighting any parameters deviating from SOC to the shift supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

1. BE/B. Tech -Chemical Engineering with Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemicals industry / Oil & Gas / or similar Process Plant.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemicals/Fertilizer/Refinery industry

3. Must have experience in DCS operation.

The township is great. Its good for people looking to settle in Haldia. Not for long term.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Competency development and continuous learning is absent. Especially if you're working in shifts. The management is top-heavy so there is not much scope of growth after a point.
