Job Description 1. Ability to Use Electrical And Electronics Testing Equipment
2. Test cell Electro-mechanical system design, engineering drawing, BOM/RFQ generation, system architecture
3. Knowhow of engine testing procedures, standards and calculations
4. Emission measurements system, emission standards & combustion measurement system is an additional advantage
5. Knowledge of IC engines with Advanced diesel engine technology, able to use ECU calibration tools proficiently, after treatment calibration, knowledge on alternate fuels and safety standards
6. Test bed calibration procedures & NABL standards, calculations, requirements
7. Generator testing, procedure, standards, loading devices & calculations
8. Instrumentation & operations, functional testing, PLC controls, PID tuning, maintenance & repairs, in depth knowledge of PCB/ component levels is additional advantage
9. Knowhow of Electrical system/ panel design, earthing/ grounding, efficiency, power factor, APFC panel, LT/HT
10. Proficiency in data acquisition system/ SCADA
