• Ensure maintenance of various equipment as per schedule with adherence to budget and applicable safety norms.
• Monitor inventory management of Equipment spares in coordination with Materials team and other related stakeholders
• Responsible for managing contractual manpower & coordination with other internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance activities during shift duty.
• Supervising activities related to equipment overhauling.
• Should be aware of best practices during execution of any engineering activities.
• To have very good working knowledge in Mechanical Equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Exchangers, Pipes, Fittings, Valves, MOC.
• Must have experience on Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance of Equipment.
• SAP PM & MM Modules, Shift handling.
• To have knowledge on Piping, Fitting Metallurgies, Welding etc.
