Head & Ensure Mechanical Maintenance activities are meeting the objectives of volume, quality, efficiency, safety, minimum cost, environmental and housekeeping, in accordance with the company rules and internal procedure, instructions and objectives concerning his area of responsibility, leading the maintenance personnel, complying and enforcing and assuring the compliance of the objectives of his Team Members- Aid in Maximizing Plant Reliability
