-Weekly review of payables

-Payments to be done as per due date

-Monthly Bank Reconciliations to be prepared for all the banks

-Corrective actions to be taken for the open entries carrying forward in reconciliation

-Thorough checking of invoices with Purchase Orders/LOIs

-Prices/Qty/Necessary approvals to be verified

-Posting of invoices in SAP
