Mechanical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in both Rotating & Static Equipments troubleshooting maintenance activity & spares planning.
• Maintenance planning-spares and manpower scheduling, implementation and executing skills with focus on optimum utilization.
• Preventative maintenance of boilers, chillers, and other equipment.
• Execute maintenance task with quality & supervise as per planning.
• Mobilize resources for day- to-day mechanical maintenance/Electrical activities & Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices.
• Tracking history for each equipment and analyzing the root cause for a failure.
• Preparing JSA for all the shutdown jobs in accordance with safety rules.
• Maintaining ISO documentations like Equipment History reports, Failure reports, vendor analysis. Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal
• Collaboration in modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity of the same.
