1POSITION TITLE: ASSISTANT AREA MANAGER - PROJECTS
DEPARTMENT: SALES
VERTICAL: PROJECTS
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
The key purpose of the job is to drive sales to meet top line sales target. To supervise and assist Territory Managers in enlarging geographical coverage of the territory. To coach and develop the sales team and to maintain and develop business relationship with Key Influencers.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1) To ensure Development and achievement of Sales Plan
2) To ensure Collection and maintaining healthy DSO
3) To ensure Adherence to quarterly sales targets
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Key account management - To align top management meetings, participating in exhibitions etc
2) To Set Credit Limits and Credit Periods based on the recommendation of Business Head
3) To monitor competitor new product introductions and sales strategies.
4) To review sales performance data Continuously to identify issues/opportunities and to develop and execute action plans to fix issues and improve sales processes.

1) To manage Key accounts personally and establish long standing relationships with key influencers
2) To identify new accounts and convert to Hafele customer
3) To share leads with industry colleagues
B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
1) To meet Key Influencers
2) To arrange events, presentation for nurturing Key Account
3) To participate in exhibitions, events to meet Key Influencers
C SOLUTION TO CUSTOMER QUERY:
1) To ensure that all customer complaints are immediately handled by the Sales/Technical Team.
D OTHER INPUTS/REPORTS:
1)To submit consolidated Monthly activity report of the areas
2) To provide feedback about the product demand, market trend, product quality issues to the Product Management Team.
3)To meet customer for payments , resolving CN DN Issue, GST Issue
4)Any other function as may be intimated by the management from time to time.
