Salesforce Developer - LWC/Apex

Job Description : Salesforce Full stack Developer (LWC & Apex). Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes to extend Salesforce functionality and improve user experience.- Design, develop, and maintain backend logic, including Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and other automation tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams) to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensive unit testing.- Integrate third-party services and applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Optimize data models and workflows to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction. Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on LWC and Apex.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce backend tools

- Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules.- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.- Experience working across at least two Salesforce clouds (i.e., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce frameworks.- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing settings).- Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments is a plus.- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
