Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various roles within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and universities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates.
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) in Google sheet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
